Welcome to my new Substack and my new 30-day healthy, low-calorie recipe series for January.
Each day in January, I’m going to be posting an easy, tasty recipe video on Instagram and here on Substack, I will be posting the long-form recipes so you can refer to them easily when needed.
My aim with this series is to provide you with a repertoire of simple, user-friendly recipes which are nutritionally balanced and naturally low in calories - most are 400 calories or fewer per serving - which will help you maintain a calorie deficit if you are trying to lose a few pounds.
Combined with some exercise, keeping hydrated, and minimising booze and snacks, you should be able to drop a couple of pounds a week. But even if weight loss isn’t your goal, these are fabulously healthy meals you can cook all year long.
